Hukum Sewa Rumah-Rumah KOS dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

This article discusses the law of renting boarding house houses (KOS) in the perspective of Sharia economic law. The concept of rent in Islam is grounded in religious teachings and economic principles regulated by Sharia principles. This article will explain the concept of rent in Islam, the application of rent law to KOS houses, as well as its impact and benefits in the context of Sharia economics. The research method used in this study is literature analysis. Various literature sources such as scholarly journals, articles, books, and relevant research reports on the research topic will be collected and systematically analyzed. The obtained data will be analyzed to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities related to the topic as an investment instrument in Indonesia. The research results found that from the perspective of Sharia economics, the practice of renting KOS houses must be based on principles of justice, mutual benefit, and transparency. This concept aligns with the teachings of Islam, which emphasize the importance of maintaining agreements and treating others with kindness. By applying these principles, KOS rental practices can have a positive impact on Sharia economics, promoting fair wealth distribution, economic empowerment, and improved housing access.
