Peran Ekonomi Syariah Dalam Mendukung Perekonomian Pelaku Usaha Pada Masa Pandemi

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a phenomenon that has attracted attention throughout the world because it has had a significant impact on the structure of the economy. Including the economic resilience of business actors in Samalanga, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. This research aims to analyze the role of sharia economics in supporting the economy of business actors in Samalanga during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data was obtained through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the research revealed several impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economic conditions of Samalanga market businesses in Bireuen Regency, including a decline in sales, low prices of goods, a capital crisis and hampered sales production. The role of sharia economics in overcoming the economy of Samalanga market businesses during Covid-19, namely implementing Islamic financial sources, utilizing sharia financing from both banking institutions and sharia financial institutions such as sharia cooperatives, and developing innovative marketing strategies, one of which is by utilizing digital technology such as social media.
