Pendidikan Dayah: Sarana Dakwah Dalam Membangun Kesadaran Beragama Bagi Remaja Di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya

Abstract

The research aims to examine and investigate about education implemented in Dayah in order to get description of existence of Dayah  in building awareness of religious  for adolescents in Pidie Jaya. The sources of main data (Primary) in this study is a teenager living in the surrounding of dayah in district of Pidie Jaya. The method who the writer uses is the qualitative method by interview and observation. The result of research showed that : Dayah  as a non-formal educational institutions are very effective in building awareness of religious  for adolescents in Pidie Jaya. The obstacles in increase awareness of religious for teenager is still a lack of parental supervision to motivate children to behave in accordance to Islamic teaching, as well as lack of awareness of the teenager itself will be the importance of religious values in life.
