Kerapuhan Pada Anak Di Masa Perkembangan Remaja Awal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kerapuhan psikologis pada remaja awal (usia 10-13 tahun), serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka. Remaja pada usia ini berada dalam periode transisi yang penting, di mana mereka mengalami perubahan fisik, kognitif, dan emosional yang signifikan. Proses pencarian identitas diri, fluktuasi hormon, serta tekanan dari lingkungan sosial seperti keluarga, teman sebaya, dan media sosial dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada remaja, orang tua, serta pendidik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab kerapuhan psikologis dan dampaknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal, seperti perubahan hormonal dan pencarian identitas diri, serta faktor eksternal, seperti tekanan akademik dan konflik keluarga, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kerapuhan psikologis pada remaja awal. Dampak jangka panjang yang muncul akibat gangguan psikologis ini dapat memengaruhi perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka, serta kualitas hidup di masa depan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, peneliti menyarankan perlunya dukungan dari keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat untuk mencegah dan menangani masalah psikologis pada remaja. Selain itu, kebijakan pendidikan dan layanan konseling di sekolah juga perlu diperkuat untuk mendukung kesehatan mental remaja.
