Abstract

A principal as a supervisor has to conduct supervison in his or her school. Hence he or she must be able to perform a variety of monitoring and control to improve the performance of teacher. Besides that, principal also help by vice principal to do his or her supervision and control as a preventive ways to prevent teachers to do irregularities and thus will be more carefulin carrying out his work as educators. This research in intended to study supervision activities performed by principal, Vice Principal of Elementary School (MI Asy – Syifa) Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR .) The result of this research show several findings: 1). The Focus of supervison activities perfomed by principal, Vice Principal can be identified in two things; Supervision activities  concerning the teacher’s administration and teacher’s practices; 2). The  teacher’s standard operating procedure managed by supervision activities.
