Abstract

In this article the author tries to explain how the educational and psychological development of the children in the study of Islamic family law. Initially, the authors associated with the classification of these subjects. First, the psychological development of children in the family. Second, the perspective of normative and Islamic family law on child development and pendidikan.Di here the author tries to analyze theoretically and practically about how to understand and apply the efforts related to the development and education of children. The purpose of research in order to determine some important things in the review of psychological development and education of children, among them: The first important stage can be used as a reference by stakeholders include: oral, anal, Falik, other important stages of latent and genital. Associated with the spirit of Islamic family law, an understanding of the psychological development of children is very helpful for any actor, such as teachers, parents, and staekholders, monitoring and educating children. Moreover, any action taken by them on children and education monitoring should match the characteristics of children in order to maximize their potential. These results were also confirmed by some  general rules that are found in some of the positive law in Indonesia.
